What cities and capital are building right now: the worldwide demand and velocity behind walkable, regenerative districts.
Every month, more cities commit to landscape-led, car-light, mixed-use districts, and more capital follows them. This page is a running scan of that movement: public demand data, groundbreakings, masterplans, and market research from around the world, curated for Edgewater stakeholders. The pattern across all of it is the same pattern Edgewater is built on: housing, innovation space, and public realm designed together, on underused urban land, near water.
