Now City Code of Conduct
Purpose
Now City exists to help build places that support human flourishing, ecological health, and long-term prosperity. This Code of Conduct reflects how we expect to work together and with others honestly, respectfully, and with care for people and place.
This Code applies to all team members, advisors, contractors, partners, and collaborators acting on behalf of Now City.

We act with honesty and transparency in all professional dealings. We avoid misleading statements, misrepresentation, or shortcuts that compromise trust, safety, or long-term outcomes.

We disclose actual or potential conflicts of interest promptly and handle them transparently. Personal gain should never outweigh the best interests of Now City, our partners, or the communities we serve.

We comply with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in all jurisdictions where we operate. When laws or norms fall short of ethical responsibility, we aim to meet the higher standard.
Stewardship of Information
We protect confidential, proprietary, and sensitive information entrusted to us by partners, communities, and collaborators, and we use data responsibly.
Raising Concerns
We encourage early, good-faith reporting of concerns related to unethical behavior, misconduct, harassment, safety, fraud, or violations of this Code.

Reports will be reviewed promptly and handled with discretion. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith is not tolerated.
Accountability
This Code is not aspirational marketing language. It reflects how we intend to operate. Violations may result in corrective action, up to and including termination of involvement with Now City.
